Saw one 2 or 3 hundred pounds in San Diego Bay off Ballest point

It swim right under my canoe I tried to get a picture but ran out of time....I'm wondering if the mackerel in my bait tubes attracted it
...big brown thing coming my way I was working a mackerel on the bottom, and thought it was kelp till I got close like 5 ft under me and it lifted it's head up and I could see a big brown sea turtle.http://iswfsc.noaa.gov>texblock
Web didn't go through if you want the history of sea turtles in san diego
