Launched at 7, back on the beach at 4.
Saw: Breaching whale, Thresher shark doing aerials, dolphins, 10+ other whales, sealions
etc.
Paddled: inside, outside, waaay outside.
Tried: flyliningacks (spanish and greenbacks) with an egg sinker, dropper loop. Dripped irons (salas 6x jr., scrambled egg, williamson jig).
Even tried dragging a red lead head with curly tail grub and a strip of squid.
Mustve paddled 10 miles.
Results...Nada
