While you haven't had a problem yet, it's only a matter of time in my opinion.

It can happen with a tank even lower than that. There was a guy on his hobie outback two weeks ago that flipped his yak in the harbor the first time he took it out with a new hobie tank on the back. He was pretty mad and was blaming the tank.

All it takes is for that thing to shift a bit to one side or the other, which I'd be concerned about like Will noted with that bungie setup. There's gotta be a better way.
