When I first got into Kayaking I used some Bomber gear stuff. It's well made keeps you very dry but it's really made for white water kayaking not fishing.

I had a drytop similar to the one pictured and it was great for launching in cold rough conditions because when on right you couldn't get water past it, that said it didn't breath very well and was very hard to get on and off. So usually as the day went on I'd get hot, take it off (which was hard on the water), and then not use it all day.

I think your better off with more of breathable open sweatshirt style that has just a drawstring neoprene seal at the waist and velcro seals at the neck and cuffs. Something you can take on and off and layer underneath for warmth.

Something like this Kokatat on ebay:

Bomber gear is good gear but in my opinion that top is not going breathable, comfortable, or versatile enough for kayak fishing. For a while I stopped fishing in mine and then just used it for hooping. It worked alright for that but I eventually moved on to better gear made with Goretex, so I really don't use it any more.

If your set on buying one I'll sell you mine cheap it's still in perfect condition, but it's just not what I use these days.
