Thanks for the replies. My son is still stoked he caught a "huge" fish.

When my young'ens got hooked I made a web site for them, at http://www.FishingWithTheKids.com all for kids.

Some kayak catches, mostly bass and trout.

Very cool website. The videos and pics were awesome...maybe one day my boys will be lucky enough to catch some of the fish your boys have.

In the first picture, the sauce is a 2 to 1 mixture of a Vietnamese "fish sauce" and sugar. It is then basically caramelized and ginger is added. It ends up being sweet. You can pick up the "fish sauce" at any asian grocery store.
