Newport Pipe Question
Hey guys i just got my kayak all rigged up. Ive been fishing for newport harbor a ton but ive heard alot of talk about the newport pipe. Can anyone give me a location for it? im a strictly catch and release angler so i wont be taking any fish away from this spot.
