Hobie livewell switches are prone to failure over...

Hobie livewell switches are prone to failure over time. I'd disconnect battery and cut out the switch and see if it works then, Switches run $15

the swivel of the 360 is dependent on the drive...

the swivel of the 360 is dependent on the drive gear and the gear and control incorporated into the drivewell and controls on kayak. have to have all to do this.

Sticker shock for sure, Hobie is pretty smart and would not make this kayak if it was not going to sell. I admire their ingenuity! Non 360 PAs will still be an option too.

You definitely should familiarize yourself with changing the chains and idler cable. Anticipate breaking one in the first 2-3 years of regular use, longer if regularly checked for proper tension.
