Been taking my son with me on my PA14 and he sits on a bucket behind me. I had a thought however....what if I got a light weight seat, mounted it on a pole that slipped into the front sail mast...

6'3, 280 and use a pa14. Works great and feels extremely stable. The mirage drive is far enough forward that my legs aren't scrunched at all.

No strainer, haven't found it to be a problem but will remember your mono trick if it does. To adjust the water height, I just tilt the drain tube up or down.

don't recommend the ctug for a PA. It's too big for it and the plastic buckes break too easily. I'm going to modify it to work only because I already bought it.
