Fish Map- Types of fish
 

Anyone know where you can get a map of what type of fish are found where in CA?

Most Southern California fishing books that they sell at most tackle and sports shops have list of the fish in our waters with pictures.

Fish-in-Map co has maps for most of the west coast, if the fish are there is up to you to figure out, at least it gives you a starting point.

I contact the DFG people to get their fish ID book. Looking it to reply here I came across the artist:

His offer is a bit old, but worth trying it out.

I contacted the illustrator, he's out of the DFG books, but told me you can send an e-mail and request one.
He has some awesome drawings on his site - worth checking out.
