Butt, Bass, Barracuda, Dana Point Mid July

Mid July update video from Dana Point

High tide was at 6am got on the water about 7:30am. It was chilly and overcast with a misty drizzle.

Started at Doheny beach then came back into the long jetty. The swells were coming in and I couldn?t get into the zone at the surf break.

It was a scratch and pick bite but fortunately I was able to get into some Butts, spotted bay bass and a stray barracuda.
