From Andy's challenge, I started a "Tuna War Recipe" series for the summer. I figured since I'm recovering from
back surgery and won't be chasing yellowtail any time soon, might as
well play with Tuna! For all you tuna fishermen out there, send me

You are killing it, that looks awesome and so easy.

I've never seen the "homemade taco shells" technique. I do sometimes warm my tortillas right on the burner but frying them after sound amazing with fish. Specially with your recipe. Will try these out, thanks.
