8/8/15 Offshore Adventure. Will never forget this day on the water. Did just over 30 miles and landed my first tuna from kayak.

Oh man that dorado heartbreaker, I had a nice bull on a mothership run couple years ago that jumped several times, pulled me around and after a missed gaff opportunity, pulled the hook. Nice YFT redemption!

30 miles of peddling, that just sounds tiring by itself but it paid off well. Congrats on the YFT and Yellow.

Just the chance of a dodo and a tuna on the same trip....I'm jealous.

That was awesome! Damn 30 miles...that's like 5 of my trips put together. I know what my back feels like after a 6 mile trip I would never survive that.

Unbelievable! You had me laughing out loud with all the whooping and hollering after you landed the yft. I'm thinking after the dodo heartbreak, another near miss on the yft would have been devastating. Thanks for sharing :cheers1:
