Please vote regarding parking meters in La Jolla
 

Please vote in this poll regarding parking meters in La Jolla. Most residents are opposed to meters or any type of paid parking at the shores and have pushed back hard on the city each time this comes up. Businesses typically prefer paid parking because it frees up parking spaces for their customers, this issue is being driven primarily by the businesses closer to the cove but would impact the shores also.

Dave since you live in the shores, do you know of anything else we can do, as the kayak fishing community to help shoot down all of these ugly parking proposals?:confused:

There will probably be a town hall type meeting in the near future for public comment on the parking plan and it might be useful have more folks show up on the opposition side, I'll keep you posted.
