SCORED!

There's nothing better than bringing home your own freshly caught :wsb: or :yt: , but a close 2nd would be a co-worker walking up to you to tell you his buddy just got back that morning from a 14-day trip, and he's got 200lbs of YellowFin in an ice packed cooler in the back of his vehicle. Come and get some!

Sliced off 3 steaks from 1/2 of the slab of Tuna that was graciously given to me, applied a simple marinade,,,,,,, and onto the grill they went.

Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Crushed garlic
Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
