Went Sunday too. Got on the water by 1am and when I got there the wind was RIPPING!!! Usually the wind is just fine before noon. Once the wind starts to pick up your wasting your time.

100% correct. In fact I was sawing some serious ZZZZs at 1am. I lied. You really are a wise guy. :sifone: I got on the water by 1PM.

Eric, if you go Sunday I'll join you but I can't be there until after 8am. I'd love to join you Saturday but I have a lot of things to do, one of which includes shopping for a new VHF radio.

Make sure to send the Prince his $15.00 for your transmitting / receiving licenses. :biggrinjester:

Yes, you need two to operate it, one to transmit and one to receive, you'll also need to take a quick course which can be completed online. The training is $15.00 which must be paid via a debit or credit card, the billing address is in Zimbabwe but don't worry about that. I can provide you with both permits, each one is $39.95 and is only good for the remainder of the year, $15.46 to process the application and $13.87 to renew it every year there after except when the year starts with 20(2011, 2012...etc), those years its $29.46 to renew it. Shoot me a pm and I'll get you going.
