Tournament Trail 2006 starts this coming weekend
 

For you bass fisherman
This coming weekend starts the Tournament Trail 2006 with the Yak Master Classic 2 day tournament (brought to you by La Jolla Kayak Fishing http://kayak4fish.com/ ). Sat the 29th at Tidelands Park San Diego and Sunday the 30th at Santa Clara Point.

Big thanks to Matt, Jim, and Todd for running a great event. Thanks to all of you anglers for coming out, the competition was close with the outcome of a 2 day tournament being so close that it really depended on how good you did both days. For myself I had the best day fishing ever on Saturday, over 25 bass and finished the first day in second place. Sunday we fished one of my favorite places Mission Bay, I caught a dozen bass though not one keeper. One of my fish was a 3” calico bass and 8 of them were over 11”. The amazing Easton made it a close finish even with the big numbers Austin put up on Saturday. Great People and a great weekend.
