Where in san diego area can I get this done and about the price for it

Ace, you could try most any fishing store (those that specialize in fishing only). I'm sure there are plenty of custom rod wrappers in the are that a few will let you know about.

Just start off with a basic rod and save your money

Shoot me a PM. I can wrap just about anything you can dream up.
I wrap rods in the summer as a side job to fuel this expensive and addicting habit they call "fishing" haha.
