Wind was a howling pretty much all day. ON water by 6:30 off at 2. I didnt buy any dines cause action was pretty slow and I didnt want to deal with the wind out past jetty so stayed inside. Not much around barge and hit the buoy line for a few bass, then wind was just bad so I hit the moored boats and picked off a bunch of Spotties Sun came out finally and I cruised around Balboa island and picked off more bass. Alot of fun on light tackle catching spotties and lost count but landed prob 12-15 and numerous strikes.
