Ultimate battery box?

We shall see, testing some things. side by side 6 volts in series. One terminal for 12, for FF, and one terminal for 6 volt, for long lasting super quiet bait pump. 12 amp/hr should run close to 12 hours.........just need to spend the WHOLE day on the water to really find out........

Looks good!
Do you use fuses anywhere in your setup?

Iceman 05-29-2009 04:15 PM

Brian, I heard you put a pair of 12 volts wired parallel........you can have that action :the_finger:.........oh yeah Welcome back!:D

I though about adding a fuse inside the box, but usually we just do them in line.

fishchaser25 05-31-2009 08:12 AM

how much R those going for?

driftwood 05-31-2009 10:15 AM

If you hook them up in series you'll be getting a 12V battery supply. But in parallel you'll get 6V that last longer. Do I have that right?

Siebler 05-31-2009 10:55 AM

Correct.
