Get it while you can...

Only a few days left to pull on some of these guys.

If you can get to the store and pick up some squid, bear the weather and hike out to your favorite honey hole then there are plenty of these bigens' up for grabs.

There is ZERO trick photograhy in this photo.... honest :the_finger:

All in all, another great day on the water.
Hit the sand at 0600, smooth launch, then a marathon of a journey.
Swell was a bit gnarly, and the wind was moving. Washing machine conditions.
Not a secret honey hole by any means, but at 4 miles out, no quick jaunt.
By the time your bait made it down to the bottom, you'd move an 1/8th mile.
Trip back was a bit more mellow, but no Lake La Jolla by any means.
The plan was to fish for rockfish as the season closes on 1/1, be on the water pretty early, and be off before the rain started coming down. Landed at 130.
Just as we were finished loading up the kayaks, little drops of drizzle. Nice.
Saw some old friends on the water which just adds to the fun factor and handed out some well deserved lollipops.
What a great way to finish of my 2012 season.
