Tried to buy it online, 60-70$ plus shipping...I think it's little bit too much for simple bucket

I'm in the same boat (pun) as you. I found this using my google-fu. It's a cheap alternative.

Looked around for those tubs at walmart. That dang thing is hard to find near me but here is an updated product link of how walmart lists them now. http://mobile.walmart.com/ip/22796364
When i find one and put it in the hatch ill post a pic of how it looks and review how it works. Cuz $60+ is a little steep for me too.

Not completely sure but it looks like the one that was used is the 27 liter model that I linked. 11 gallons might be too big?

Definately 27 liter. just picked up two for $3.50 ea. stoked

I have one sitting around sold my outback and got a PA12...$70 and its yours

I can order online 60$ and what you have is used , so can you adjust price like half ?

No I didn't realize they're only $70 when I got it I believe it was closer to $100.

You willingly paid 100 dollars for a piece of plastic that isn't water tight?!?!

I bought the plastic bucket from WalMart and cut it to fit my Outback front hatch. Water tight? No. But neither is the one that Hobie sells. I just slipped it in, marked with a sharpy and cut it to fit. I drilled a couple small holes and made a paracord loop to make it easy to identify the front of the bucket and get it in and out. Super simple and took 5 minutes. Might go buy an extra bucket or two just to have spares. I think the Walmart near me had them on sale for $10.00.

Home Depot had some as well for 5 and seemed very strong and shaped almost the same as hatch. Just needed to cut out the handles. Good enough for now

Finally I went to Norwalk Walmart and buy 2 3.89$ each

It looks pretty beaten I had to wash first before install
Install is so easy only takes 5 min
Use sharpie to mark and just cut

Anyway I don't know the time I spend for searching ,is it worth 60$ ?

But hey I don't want to pay 60$ for just simple bucket
It is not water tight, not insulated there is no expansive logo on it....

I'm gonna put some snack or drink some tackles that's all I needed

For someone who need to buy it Norwalk Walmart still has 4 of them at the Garden Center and they said it seasonal items so at summer they gonna have more

Don't wanna bring up an old thread but I tried looking for this tub at Walmart but came out empty handed, well not really, you never leave Walmart empty handed.

Anyways, I might have missed the details but do I buy the 11gal flex tub or 27gal? Or whichever that is $3.92?

Just put one in my front hatch last week. Found it at home depot in the garden section. Set me back like $8. Fit perfect. just had to trim off like 2"for a perfect fit.

Do you mind telling me which one it was? I'm going to HD tomorrow for some PVC pipe and 2x4 I could try this bucket out. Thanks
