Looking forward to actually having coffee and donuts with everyone next year!

Hopefully we won't have pea soup fog at start time again.

Iceman 12-04-2013 09:26 PM

Walt, I just bumped this post from last year, Feb 1 this year!

Having that stove last year would have been wonderful.

I think this year I'll do some sort of breakfast Hash thing. The Chorizo was a little strong for being on a Kayak all day.

Not fishing this one this year. In years passed it was a blast.
I'll be at the unibutter booth working this year.
I gotta say, breakfast in the AM first thing is great. Did this also at La Jolla at the Moyer tourneys.
Stop by and say hi, I'm sure Steve (Landwhale) and others will be at the booth. Kobra Bob, Woffie, and others will also be on hand to party. :)
Have a great time and just follow Andy around. :)

Andy , getting close, what are the plans for breakfast,if any. I plan on getting down about 4 or 5 on Friday. ?:you_rock:

Jimmyz123 01-22-2014 01:07 PM

Andy, if we have a stove this year we can actually heat up the tortillas, unlike last year, and cook the food on location. Maybe a new thread should be started to see who is willing to join in for this.

Iceman 01-22-2014 02:44 PM

Agreed, lets start a thread beginning of next week so it is fresh. Gotta have a stove this year. 5 AM sounds perfect. We will set up on the first or second picnic table above the beach where we will be launching.

YakMedic 01-25-2014 05:01 PM

I'll be there boys. Getting excited for this one.

Hey quick question, I'm paid and confirmed via phone call, but do I need a registration number to check in that morning? I'll bring some croissants as well

If I remember correctly when you check in they will have your number and lunch ticket and everything for you there.

Stove is 100% confirmed right? If that's the case, I can do the cooking right there, I've already got something in the plans for making that I'm sure everyone would love.

wbrewski 01-26-2014 08:10 AM

I am bring the 3 burner stove and very big fry pan and 20 cup coffee pot. Do you need cooking utensils ??.
I am leaving Friday afternoon to secure a good spot. :linesnap:

Do they let you drink beer there, is so I have 5 cases of bud light i can bring?

I have received telephone confirmation as well, in the past we have received a letter with you angler number. I have not yet, but would guess it will come this week.

Bring it with you just incase. Better to have it and not need it.
